Terms of service

!! Please Read Carefully !!

🌸 All commissioned work(s) will not be used as NFT or to be fed to AI.
🌸 I will decline your request if I find it uncomfortable or difficult.
🌸 I'll need the references of the character, the pose, expression, clothing, and color palette if you have one.
🌸 I'll inform you of every progress I've made for your request (such as Sketch, Lineart + Base Color, and Finished Color).

Payments/Refunds

🌸 For International: Paypal (USD).
🌸 For Indonesia: Rekening BCA, DANA.
🌸 For PayPal, a payment invoice will be sent to you through your PayPal e-mail after confirmation.
🌸 For Indonesia, I will send the account number to you through DM after confirmation.
🌸 Payment will be taken upfront.
🌸 Refunds only be made if I take more than 3 months to draw and don't show considerable progress.
🌸 No refunds if it's because "you abandoning the commission / ghosted by you" or "you don't like the finished result".

Revisions

🌸 There are three stages in which modifications can be made:
     ㅤ1.ㅤ Sketch (2 major revisions such as poses, gestures, expressions, etc.)
      ㅤ2.ㅤ Lineart + base color (unlimited minor revisions such as changing base colors, resizing small objects, etc.)
      ㅤ3.ㅤ Rendering color (unlimited minor adjustments such as color tone adjustment, little accessories such as earrings, moles, etc.)
🌸 Final commission files that have been sent to you will be considered as finished work.
🌸 You can ask about the status / progress of your commissions at any time you want, and I will answer as quickly as possible.

Deadlines & Delivery

🌸 I usually take 1 week to a month max per piece, depending on the complexity of the illustration. In case it takes me longer due to any inconvenience, I will contact you.
🌸 Please keep in mind, that I may work with different illustrations at the same time and there may be orders before yours.
🌸 I'm not accepting any rush commission.

Use

🌸 The illustration(s) CANNOT be used as NFT, cryptocurrency, or to be fed to AI Art.
🌸 For personal use, you may post it on your socials with credits.
🌸 Commercial use for Streaming / content use includes using for starting screen, ending screen, etc. = base price x2.
🌸 Commercial use for Merchandise / ad / print includes charms, prints, acrylic standees, etc. = base price x3.

Intellectual Property Rights

🌸 My work can't be modified.
🌸 My work(s) CANNOT be used as NFT, cryptocurrency, or to be fed to AI Art.
🌸 This is to be used for personal. You are not allowed to use it commercially.
🌸 For commercial use, there'll be an extra fee (Read the USE section for more details).
🌸 You may post it on your socials with credit to me as the artist.
🌸 I may showcase the commission either finished or WIP, with a watermark, on my social media and gallery unless said otherwise.

Communications

🌸 All commissions will be discussed on Discord, Twitter, or Instagram.
🌸 I can discuss this in either English or Indonesian.
🌸 Please be mindful that my timezone could be different from yours as I am from Southeast Asia (GMT+8). I may be inactive during the time you are commissioning.
